	West Tower Water Main Improvements City of Altoona, Iowa 2,100 lineal feet 16" and 650 lineal feet 12" Water Main This project had confined working limits as well as a critical schedule.  The project was completed safely and ahead of schedule.
	Waukee Clinic: Iowa Health System General Contractor: Regency Commercial services 8,600 square foot building Approximately 2,000 cubic yards of soil was imported for this project.
	Timber Ridge Town homes Owner: Erickson Building Contractors 10 Acre, 22 Town home subdivision Project completed ahead of schedule and under budget.  Over 1,500 lineal feet of storm sewer, 1,000 lineal feet of water main, 1,000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer.
	Iowa Ministry Network General Contactor: Erickson Building Contractors 5 Acre Site, 12,000 square foot building Value engineered project to save owner in excess of $50,000 Project completed in 18 days.
